Project goals
- Create a transparent platform for targeted assistance without intermediaries
- Ensure manual moderation of all requests for safety
- Eliminate money collection and third-party involvement
- Implement filtering and randomization system for requests
Tasks
- Develop request submission system with data validation
- Create moderation panel with access rights (moderator/administrator)
- Implement public request catalog with filtering by district and assistance type
- Configure request display randomization for fairness
- Implement request status system (pending/verified/rejected/assistance received)
- Create logging for all moderator actions
- Implement spam protection (1 request per day per phone number)
- Configure SEO optimization and contact protection from indexing
- Develop Telegram bot for moderators (Phase 2)
- Add "I helped" button with spam protection (Phase 2)
