How I became a developer
Before development, I worked in the quasi‑public sector — at Kazatomprom, Altynalmas and Samruk‑Kazyna. This was experience in large organizations with strict requirements and responsibility.
Over time, I realized I wanted to do what brings measurable outcomes. I burned out from bureaucracy and processes that didn’t help business. I decided to turn development into my main occupation — a hobby into a profession.
This path taught me responsibility, work on large projects and how business processes should function in practice. Now every project is a tool to achieve goals.
I work for results and value time and quality. Your project is an opportunity to create something that truly helps.
Character & Thinking
I'm 30 years old.
I'm a systems thinker and strategist by nature. I'm interested in mechanisms — how processes, people, and structures work. I don't seek public visibility, but I care about influence — through the architecture of solutions, not words.
I don't believe in coincidences as magic. I believe in patterns and in the ability to build environments where the right outcomes become probable.
There's a stoic part of me — I try to maintain inner stability regardless of circumstances. I'm not prone to dramatizing and prefer analyzing reactions.
I'm not fully defined by labels and roles — and I consider that normal. I don't want to freeze into a ready-made identity. What matters to me is growth and depth of understanding.
My goal is not to be noticeable.
My goal is to be precise.
I value clarity, structure, independent thinking, and inner harmony. I work not for approval, but for the quality and durability of the result.
I don't control reality — I study its laws and try to act in accordance with them.
